Ototw is right, weather doesn't look gteat for Sunday at all. We are going to have to organise non point events on alternative days then. In summer we can even have a 5 to 7 race over 2 evenings? Run qualies one night an 2 finals the following evening. It could work I reckon.

The evening races could work, but only if you run one or two classes at a time. It should still keep the drivers sharp and interested. Nothing worse for moral than large gaps between events

Well a few weeks ago, I also managed to squeese 6 laps of practice in and I noticed that the exterior power supply has been removed, now who-ever was the smartassbrains behind that idea,?

How can a member go and use the track in the difficult weatherpattern of our town lately and then some "slimkind" take the 240volt powersource away,actually as I'm typing here,I'm thinking whether the exterior plug has been put back or not, I dunno.?

My point what I would like to make, little things pissamember off and take the fun out of the hobby and DJ and snotkopspoed, ek weet julle gebruik julle day to day motors om van te charge, but to give a member a facility and then take it away,take clubmembers away too..............

You guys could run a separate nite championship. Take 3 or 4 of the funnest classes you run, not the major hp classes, one week run two of the classes and the next week the other two classes. That way you can run a complete race "day"/"evening"(2qual & 1 final) in one nite. Also running the funner classes will attract more guys to come out and have some fun. Then you run that only in the summer months, say from Sept to Dec and Jan to Apr, 2 season championships in one summer!!

If you decide to do it or not is up to you, but it's a recipe that is the escence of trccc's roots and it works. Good luck!!
Here's a thought, maybe run it as a Ray's RC Nite series with medals for top three in each heat and the shop can sponsor the championship prizes, maybe a body, set of tyres/rims, some hex drivers, etc. One of the lhs here in CT did it for both racing and drifting and it worked. Just a thought, use it don't use it.
