I'm so glad the guys finally got some track time, and I bet those that practiced the Saturday of the CC weekend and went off to spanner in anticipation of the Sundays racing were super fast today!!!! Nothing like a bit of an eye opener to get those cars going faster!!
So, who's posting the results then??

It was such an intetesting raceday. I don't have the results but Daniel won clubstock, 2nd and 3rd went to Johan and Nicole respectavely. 17.5 was a great battle between Abu and Christo till his motor cried enough and Abu took an easy win and pole. Abu took pole for 13.5 but I managed a win and Abu popped an esc by reversing polarity. My final was a good strong run in the low 18's but missed Abu's strong challenge there. Minis went to Thinus, Christo and me. Anything goes went to Abu and me and I think Christo in 3rd. Tt01 I think was Rainer followed by Charl an Colin.
A lot of rusty hands out there and new software and a strange handling problem a lot of us seemed to have picked up in the off season.
Thanks for the photos Popeye!!!! Hope u feel better soonest.
I think drivers of the day must go to Daniel and Abu with fast times even after the looooong break.

Sounds like it was another awesome day at diaz!!! Those strange handling problems do pop up every now and again, even golfers suffer from it, it's called the yips, always blaming equipment rather than the pro behind the equipment!!!
Glad you guys got a solid run in for a change, just takes a bit of elbow grease to get rid of the rust, you might have to change your race calendar around and take the winter off with all that rain??

We're awaiting confirmation from Parow once they've decided on their calendar for next year, bear in mind they're also doing tamiya cup as well. We'll let you know as soon as we know anything.
