Re: TODAY'S RACE
The bottom line is the cat jumped into my yard and grabbed my tongue while i was asleep.
So i am waiting for that cat, to jump into my yard again, and when he does, i am going to grap that cat by the tail and pick it up and smack those whiskers right off it's face.

Re: TODAY'S RACE
fortunately the shop was reasonably busy on the days we were open. I want to take Nicole to the East London national rather. Maybe go up for the pre nats as well. It's not that far and she is still battling to come to terms with the extra horsepower in 17.5.
The results were very interesting from last raceday indeed.

Ja, Welkom might be a bit tight for a start, EL probably the better option, pity there's no more clubstock class, she would've done well.

Re: TODAY'S RACE
Hey guys, thanks again for a great day. I really enjoyed 2nd quali, racing against Johan Botha, that was awesome. I made a rookie mistake for the final and payed the price, next time i will be there. I think we are at a point in MINI where small things make a big difference, and that for me is a big challenge now. I am really impressed with the lap times we are posting at the moment, the pace is hot.
Well done to all the guys who won today.

I tell you what, as soon as we find someone to help Andrew, send him my way too . Jokes aside, my car was ok in the final but yours is better. I think with Andrew's car and mine alike we need to start by getting rid of all the play and rebuild the shocks. That will be a benchmark. Playing around with tyres on raceday is a nightmare, we both were victims of that. If your tyres work, Andrew should use the same and then it can only be diff and camber settings.

it was truely a great day's racing. I went outside Sunday morning and thought what a crappy day. When I got to the track everyone was helping with track prep my day got better and once the racing started it turned into a great day.AndrewH wrote:Well done to the mini guys today it was great to watch

Bud, we riding 17.5t bl now in mini alongside the black cans, it's proving to be very exciting stuff. The only way to win here now is to have a ball diff and speed gears and pray you have a clean race!! We'll show you when we come down, at least there we can gear the bl up a bit.
