Cement blocks next to DRCCC track

Can someone please tell us what happened to the cement blocks that was placed next to the track to prevent the stones from getting blown onto the track?

I was one of few who allways was at the track to get it race ready on racedays and to ease my job to do so I placed the blocs to prevent stones getting on the track.
Times getting tough for me and I needed the bloc's so I removed them from the track last Monday morning.
Sorry if some of you guy's had to vee the track,I'll see if I can manufacture you again 77 bloc's.

now that we know who took the blocks the committee can decide what to do about it. The way it was done leaves a bitter taste.

i think this issue has been resolved. the cement blocks are back and the rubble had also been removed. thanks Jebs.
