Re: Coastal Cup 2011
No seriously though DJ the guy who designed that track in PE had no imagination at all bud, like a kiddies track. The one in Uitenhage looks like it actually had some thought put into it. Just my opinion from what I see on google. I hope the track's in slaapstad are a bit more challenging than that lame fish of a track.

Hey DJ, Snotspoed probably gave his dop to a tjom and told him to check his next move. When you surf the net while sitting on your computor, anything will look strange from that angle. @ Snotspoed you're more than welcome to come down and show off your skills on our softy track. Put your money where your mouth is.

Re: Coastal Cup 2011
Isn't k90 the track that almost closed down due to lack of membership and entries? Surely if k90 was that awesome it would be bursting at the seams, like lets say..........mmmmm.....meyersdal???? Isn't that also why k90 had to start incorporating drifting into the race scene to try get the numbers back??? Now meyersdal, there's another awesome track, technical but flowing all at the same time!!! Not a old school point and squirt design!!
I tell you what, ask Antonio what diaz's track is all about, you'll get a professional educated answer out of him, I'll give you his number if you like. Oh yes, he's the guy who designed and built a facility purely for a worlds event but didn't get it due to international rc bodies' politics.
And if you still aren't convinced after that, you'll definately have to make the trip, there's no better!!

Re: Coastal Cup 2011
The track is only two 1/2yrs old, still not quite complete to host a nat, they have been asked, but declined the offer.
Defense has nothing to do with it, it's reality!! Maybe Gibson should get an invite this year and he can give you feedback seeing as though you all "big chief no poep"!!! C'mon, PE is halfway between jozi and CT, come give it a bash and we can test each others skills!!

Howzit DRCCC!
I just finished reading 10 pages of this thread and I'm so excited! Can't wait!
Thank you so much for inviting us again to come race at your Awesome club and with your Awesome members and Super Awesome Track!!!
Also, thank you for accommodating us in the TT01 class! I'm really looking forward to that class! Just one question in regards to that class: what bodies are allowed? Must it only be Tamiya brand?
I can't believe that guy from Benoni: what he said about ur track! Is he geroek!? Do yourself a favour: come to the CC cup just to race with a great bunch of guys even if u don't find the track challenging! If u serious though about a challenge then come one Tuesday night to TRCCC in the Cape and you will not regret it, or u will!!!!!
Can't wait to meet u DRCCc guys again and race on ur track! Yeah! 3 weeks to go! See u soon!
Cheers!

Re: Coastal Cup 2011
At last a new member to the thread, for a moment there I thought "the bushman" and "disco joe" were the only two guys racing at the CC. I hope this is not some kind of exclusive TT01 club you are running? As you know I only do Schumacher.
What classes do they have for the CC?? what are the rules??
@ Skillz, look boet, they might be lekker guys, but they really need a track disigner with some imagination. Somebody that does not use a crayola ...................
