DRCCC Before
We had some fun building the track,we had some clubmembers coming and going. Some saw the hard labour and disappeared,we went to a previous track to fetch the black piping, fun:
That day christo, thinus, raymond, dion, shamiel, myself collected the black piping,it was a very hot day.

The plan was to built the following:
We did some clearing of rubbish.we mixed barrels and barrels of surface mix, then in later time a fence was erected, our track got a locked gate,we got a driverstand with a fixed ladder: and we painted and to end up with this:

DRCCC Before
THE 13/14th November 2010, DRCCC hosted an interclub event, which ran so smoothly.
some letters received:Greg said--"I'm back in CT safely and back at work (unfortunately)...
to The DRCCC guys, a MASSIVE THANK YOU for being such great hosts. You guys made us feel so welcome, you have a fantastic venue and a okes can certainly drive!
See you in Cape Town for the return leg"
and Graham said,"To all the guys at DRCCC, wow, thanks. What a lekker event, what a lekker friendly club, and what good competitors: good clean racing, but hard fought!
And thanks to all the Diaz club staff as well - was an absolute pleasure to have deliveries from the clubhouse to the track at any time!
As for the TRCCC oukies who made the trip.. NICE ONE!
When is the next Coastal Cup? January in the Cape?
Tyron, chairman of TRCCC wrote:"Guys, We arrived back safely and have just spent the whole drive chatting about the weekend.
I would just really like to thank each and every member of DRCCC.
For those of you that dont know......read this.
TRCCC arrives in PE at about mid-night after an eventful road trip up. We think we will be going straight to Brett's place, but we are told to go straight to the club instead, I think "Ya right, who's going to be there now?", but the guys were all there waiting. We meet and straight away we feel at home, we get shown the track and our minds are blown away. This track is top class. The surface flat and smooth, it just screams "come try me if you dare".
Neville ends up looking like a kid on x-mas morning, runs and gets his mini. Its not long before I run up the driver stand demanding a go, I am ready to kill if his says no, thats how keen I am.
The following day we arrive track side and spend the day learning the track and working on set up. The DRCCC guys again show up, sort us out at the club for burgers / drinks. That night we get told to be at the club for a braai. There are braai packs arranged. A couple of speeches were said from the DRCCC committee welcoming us. We then spent the rest of the night chatting and getting to know everyone.
So race day arrives. We pull up and park, we then head of to the club for a full breakfast which was again arranged by DRCCC. I then arrive back to find that Colin has organised me a new tail light for my bakkie, (ok - we wont go there)and......Jebs is already trying to fit it, I mean "Hows This". We then prepare to race and we are again made to feel so flippen welcomed.
We raced hard and fair, the vibe was fantastic. The Sportsmanship was the best ever. These guys are awesome people. After the races, we say our good byes and get told that if we still want to mess around on the track we are free to do so.
I tell you DRCCC (Jebs, Mike, Thinus, Colin, Raymond and whoever I am missing) you guys have something special, its not just the great track that you have slaved over to make happen, its also the fantastic hospitality you provide to your visitors.
Thank you again DRCCC
Oh...one more thing....Raymond - thanks for the epic dice in mini's, well done, I will get you next time."
Neville said "All I can say is WOW and WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

net so ja.

I can hook you up, he designs tracks for F1 and his latest creation is in the far east where they now have camels with nitrous oxide, also his idea. Some say he likes to drink straw rum through his nostrils, all we know is, he is called "Sam the man"

Cool, his services seems to be in high demand then, also sounds like he can handle his liquor! How much does he charge for a track design like yours?

The chances of winning a lotto are much less than to beat PE crowd,so concentrate on the next event
