The new fwd class
Guys, the new class has sabre and ff03. As i understand it, the same motor, esc and tyres.
Could i enter my other m05 with the same motor, esc and tyres?
Would my gears have to change?
I have a spare car, so i just want to have fun with it at relatively low cost.
Thanks

Re: The new fwd class
I don't think your M05 will even come close to the bigger 1/10 chassis, even if you put speed gears in. I could be wrong, as there are no lap times to compare from Sunday between mini & fwd. Also putting the 13.5t system in your mini is going to generate alot more wheelspin out of the corners. The larger foams might help, but that also raises your roll centre and lifts you COG so it should be more prone to traction rolling. All this being said, still give it a bash if they allow it, you'll never know. Maybe also adding the extra centre piece to make it an M05L might help a bit.

Re: The new fwd class
I think it will be ok for now Raider. Not everyone is using the correct stuff yet because it is not yet an official championship class. If it was up to me they will still race with the anything goes class. We have a meeting on the 16th where it will be discussed if I remember.
So in short for now, come race it Raider
